Call for nomination for the 2022 edition of the ScAIEM Doctoral Thesis Award
The overarching aim of the award is to foreground high-quality research of Industrial Engineering and Management in order to show both the depth and the breadth of the field, as well as its societal relevance. The award should furthermore foreground one/some of the different elements that make a thesis of good quality and that are required for producing high quality research. Examples are: originality, relevance, collaboration with other researchers, creativity, collaboration with industry and societal actors and high quality empirical work. The award is thus given to a thesis that is outstanding in some respect.
Nominated doctoral theses have to be completed and defended by doctoral students at one of the institutional members of ScAIEM during the academic year 2021- 2022 (July 2021 to June 2022).
